第二屆漢語形式語義研究國際研討會

《第二屆漢語形式語義研究國際研討會》是漢語學界強調使用邏輯工具（一階邏輯first-order logic，布爾代數Boolean algebra，格理論lattice theory等）來分析各種漢語語義現象的國際會議。研討會將為漢語語義研究學者提供一個分享漢語形式語義學最新研究成果的平台，從而（i）批判性地評估當前的形式語義學理論假設和現有分析框架，（ii）發現現有文獻關於漢語語言學理論分析的局限和不足，以期（iii）提出新的分析和理論， 這將進一步推動形式語義學在中國的理論發展。研討會將涵蓋漢語形式語義學的重要研究課題，包括（但不限於）漢語名詞短語的語義、疑問代詞的語義、內涵性和索引性、信息結構（主題和焦點表達）、條件句和漢語否定語義表達。

Sharing Session on The Esther Yewpick Lee Millennium Scholarship

Our Esther Yewpick Lee Millennium Scholar 2023, Tang Xuzhen was awarded a full scholarship to further pursue a Master of Philosophy in Linguistics, Philology and Phonetics at Oxford University in Fall 2023. This prestigious scholarship is exclusively offered to CUHK final-year students or alumni. The Scholarship is tenable for three years to cover all the university and college fees at Oxford and an annual personal allowance to take care of board and lodging and other maintenance costs. Return airfare to the United Kingdom will also be provided.

The D. H. Chen Foundation Scholarship Program offers comprehensive support to enhance the Scholars’ professional knowledge, personal insights and social aspirations. A maximum of 20 full scholarships will be awarded to undergraduate students at five local universities.
