香港中文大學語言學與現代語言系（中國香港）（主辦）《第二屆漢語形式語義研究國際研討會》是漢語學界強調使用邏輯工具（一階邏輯first-order logic，布爾代數Boolean algebra，格理論lattice theory等）來分析各種漢語語義現象的國際會議。研討會將為漢語語義研究學者提供一個分享漢語形式語義學最新研究成果的平台，從而（i）批判性地評估當前的形式語義學理論假設和現有分析框架，（ii）發現現有文獻關於漢語語言學理論分析的局限和不足，以期（iii）提出新的分析和理論， 這將進一步推動形式語義學在中國的理論發展。研討會將涵蓋漢語形式語義學的重要研究課題，包括（但不限於）漢語名詞短語的語義、疑問代詞的語義、內涵性和索引性、信息結構（主題和焦點表達）、條件句和漢語否定語義表達。
