The Francophone Film Festival is back to CUHK!
The Francophone Film Festival at CUHK is part of the Fête de la Francophonie (Francophonie Festival), an annual event aiming at promoting the French language and Francophone cultures. It is organized by the Consulates General of France, Belgium, and Switzerland, the Quebec Office, and the Alliance Française de Hong Kong et Macao. The following two movies with English subtitles will be featured by the French Programme of CUHK:

Week 1: “Coeur de Slush” (“Billie Blue”) on Wednesday, 13 March, at 6:30 p.m. in LSK LT2
“Sixteen-year-old Billie works as a water park lifeguard with her two best friends, but her summer turns upside down when she falls for a charming cyclist.”

Week 2: “Tempête” (“Ride Above”) on Wednesday, 20 March, at 6:30 p.m. in LSK LT2
“A teenager being raised with horses at her parent’s racehorse stable has a deep exceptional bond with a young horse. An accident threatens to bring the racing career to an end but they battle together to achieve victory.”
