Ms. Jinsuk Choi is an Assistant Lecturer in the Korean Programme of the Department of Linguistics and Modern Languages at CUHK. She received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and master’s degree in Teaching Korean to Speakers of Other Languages from Ewha Womans University, and holds the Level 1 Korean Language Teacher Certificate awarded by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea. Before joining CUHK in 2014, she taught Korean at the School of Professional and Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong and at other institutions in Korea and Thailand. At CUHK, she has been actively involved in curriculum design, teaching innovation, and programme coordination. Her teaching and research interests include Korean phonetics and pronunciation instruction, multimedia-assisted language learning and culture-based education.
