Introduction
Mrs. Catherine Hyon Sou Kunegel received her B.A. in French Literature from the University of Ewha and her master’s degree in Translation from University of Foreign Studies, Korea. She obtained her second master’s degree in Didactics and Teaching French as a Foreign Language from University of Bourgogne, France. Her research interests include bilingual acquisition and language interferences. She taught French at the Alliance Française of Hong Kong and the University of Hong Kong before she joined CUHK.
